Halloween Treasure Hunt

This was a great success and the Council received many entries. There were two prizes of a £10 gift card for the 1st and 2nd place winners in each ward along with a box of Celebrations chocolates for each winner. The chocolates were kindly donated by the Co-op in Pontycymer.

The winners were:

• Bettws ward: Poppy Filton and Riley Thomas (Bettws Primary School)
• Blaengarw: Emma John (Blaengarw Primary School) and Iola Pinches (Coleg Cymunedol y Dderwen)
• Llangeinor: no entries received
• Pontycymer: Lexi Burroughs (Ffaldau Primary School) and Lauren Silverthorn (Ysgol Cwm Garw)
